Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. hand-crafted items may be subjected to longer processing times. During peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

While we make every effort to ensure that your order is delivered within the estimated time frame, the shipping time is not guaranteed as shown on our website. Various factors, such as carrier delays, customs clearance, and shipping destination, may impact the actual delivery time.

TheLuminLab Design is located in Casper, Wyoming, USA. TheLuminLab craft house is located in HK island, HK. Where your shipment will be sent from.
