2-Year Limited Warranty
Our 2-Year Limited Warranty covers your purchases from THE LUMIN LAB against any manufacturing defects that may occur within two years from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damages caused by improper use, accidents, or normal wear and tears.
In the event of a manufacturing defect or dysfunctions happen within the warranty period, we will either repair or replace the affected part(s), free of charge. To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team at CustomerCare@TheLuminLab.com with proof of purchase, a detailed description of the issue, and photos or videos showcasing the defect, if possible. Our team will assess your claim and determine the most appropriate course of action.
Please note that any unauthorized repairs, modifications, or disassembly of the product may void the warranty. If this is a gift for someone else, this warranty is transferable and can apply to the following owner of the product.
30-Day Money Back Guarantee
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receiving the product for a refund, excluding the cost of shipping. Shipping costs are a portion of the product price and cannot be refunded.
(Note: Our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee is an addition to our return, refund policy under Peace-of-Mind Guarantee. Under THE LUMIN LAB refund, return policy, we will cover all shipping expenses if the product arrives defected, or damaged by shipping.)
To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned in its original condition, packaging, and with all included accessories. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions on how to proceed. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and ensuring that the product arrives in good condition.
